The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! The property is close to shopping and restaurants, and I appreciate that it's pet-friendly.
The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking.

It was inexpensive and close to the concert venue, just 9 minutes away. The rooms were clean, had a nice couch, and the staff was friendly enough to help with our requests.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but still reasonable given the location.

Rooms are big and comfy. Loved the little kitchen area and the hot breakfast. Easy parking and access. Clean rooms with a controllable temperature. Staff was helpful. Amenities include flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and wireless internet. The fitness center is nice, but there were some unsettling guests at breakfast.

The location of this hotel is promising. It's one of the first on the street, giving a sense of safety. The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. But, I encountered significant issues. The lock to my room was broken, leaving me feeling vulnerable. While the cleanliness was mostly commendable, I found gum and stains on the carpet. The morning coffee was the only breakfast option, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the privacy during check-in. the elevator raised safety concerns, feeling grimy and outdated. Improvements are necessary, especially regarding cleanliness and amenities. This stay could easily transform into a memorable experience with greater attention to detail.

The air conditioning unit rattled all night, making it impossible to sleep. Plus, the rude front desk staff didn’t seem to care about any of my complaints.

The room temperature was great, with efficient AC on the 5th floor. the beds were exceedingly uncomfortable. They lacked fitted sheets, just a flat sheet tucked awkwardly. The cleanliness was a major issue; the floor was stained and the room had a bizarre odor. The coffee machine spit out yellow water, indicating a lack of maintenance. There were also broken dividers between the sofa and bed. I didn’t feel safe in room 623. Hot water was consistent, and the front desk staff were nice and accommodating, but the overall environment was unsettling.

Comfortable beds, comfortable atmosphere with a lovely, clean pool area to enjoy coffee in the sun and friendly staff who ensured a pleasant, private check-in process without announcing room details.

The location felt super safe and welcoming, perfect for families. I loved the clean, cozy atmosphere and enjoyed my morning coffee in the sunny nooks. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home!

Just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Duluth with great value for money. King bed and couch were nice.

Spacious room with separate seating area, quiet hotel, comfortable beds, easy drive to Gas South Arena, good restaurants nearby.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

we had a pleasant stay at Sonesta Select. the hotel is in a perfect location, easily accessible from the highway with plenty of eateries nearby. the staff was extremely friendly, and we enjoyed the variety of choices at the continental breakfast served every morning. the overall experience was positive, and we would consider staying here again if in the area.
No mention of any kind of deposit for staying in the room. 🙁

I chose Sonesta Select for its proximity to McDaniel Farm Park, which I wanted to visit. The complimentary hotel-wide wireless high-speed internet and 24-hour Grab and Go food outlet were pleasant surprises. The restaurant offered premium ingredients and regional chef-inspired dishes, adding to the overall positive experience.
Room was outdated and dirty. Elevators were slow.
